Fair Work Audits

There are specific processes and record-keeping requirements that are set out in the Fair Work Act 2009 and it is important to keep on top of these in case Fair Work chooses to audit your business.

To ensure you are meeting all these requirements, it is imperative that you can demonstrate that you comply with the following:

  • The Fair Work Act, relevant Award/s, Enterprise Agreements, and employment agreements

  • ensuring your employees are being paid correctly and that their pay slips contain the necessary information required by Fair Work

  • ensuring you are keeping appropriate time and wages records as required by Fair Work
